Nicole Salmieri is the President of Operations for LURIN Property Management and began her career as a leasing professional while studying at Rollins College. In her role, Nicole will provide leadership to LURIN’S regional property management teams, driving performance and results in all aspects of property operations across the portfolio. As a member of the leadership team, she will also be responsible to continue to scale LURIN’S property management program as the company continues to grow, and lead innovation through people, processes and technology.
Nicole brings over 20 years of property operations, client and investment relations as well as executive leadership experience to LURIN. Prior to joining LURIN, Nicole was a Vice President of Operations for Canadian based, Rhapsody Property Management Services a subsidiary of Pinnacle Living. Prior to joining Rhapsody, Nicole served as a Vice President at the 6th largest multifamily property management company, WinnCompanies, supporting 61,000+ apartment homes and 100 clients. Nicole specializes in cultivating high performing teams, creating efficient systems and effective procedures to improve an organization’s operating platform while driving financial performance for distressed or underserved markets.
Nicole is a frequent national speaker at industry events, educating attendees on operational topics like leadership, technology advancements, revenue generation, the customer experience and social media influence. She has held an adjunct professor role at The Georgia Institute of Technology, served on various NAAEI committees, and is the co-inventor of several industry-specific technology platforms, including a patented online leasing product, Yardi Rent Café-Affordable.
