Resident Satisfaction and Energy Conservation

LURIN is always seeking out and implementing programs and procedures for industry best practices that benefit and improve the lives of our residents.  Our residents’ happiness is our primary goal. With this in mind, we continue to base our management on their feedback. We actively participate in resident survey programs which we then utilize for future policy and renovation implementation throughout our communities.  In addition to serving our residents, we also seek out ways to conserve and manage our ecological resources. We have and will continue to implement water-saving devices, energy-efficient appliances, LED lighting, and other eco-friendly systems to ensure our carbon footprint is reduced for future generations.

Since LURIN’s inception, our goal has been to seek out opportunities with value add components that not only benefit the community directly but also the entire neighborhood.  With our “roll up our sleeves” mentality, we continue to seek out and invest in the “diamond in the rough” communities. This approach has proven both beneficial to our communities and profitable for our partners.
